InVantage Medical has its origins in 1982 with the first practice management installation for its own R & D company: Professional Satellite Imaging. Starting in 1988 and over the next 12 years, the company installed over 80 practice management systems for practices ranging in size from single physician offices to practices with up to five locations. Volume is not a priority at InVantage Medical. Personalized Service and doing it right is our priority.

In 1993 the Billing Service division was founded to help those practices that wanted to move their billing department outside the office to take advantage of professional management and billing expertise. These clients still enjoyed the real-time access to their patient accounts for appointment scheduling, new patient entry, patient account detail, and clinical records without the additional costs of an inside billing department.

Over the years the Billing Service division has provided new technologies to give physicians more features for improved eligibility verifications and work flow benefits including task messaging and practice and patient alerts. Without the cost outlay for new practice management software, practices are able to upgrade to new technologies for less than the cost of inside billing departments.
